From April 22 to 25, at the 13th international film festival “Kyrgyzstan - Land of Short Films,” with the participation of the Baltic states and Georgia, our compatriots represented Uzbekistan with honor and received prestigious awards.
The Grand Prix - the top prize in the “Best Film” category was awarded to the film “Jarlik” (The Precipice), directed by the talented Uzbek filmmaker Semyon Gritsay.
Additionally, the young and promising director Dilshodbek Usmonov received a special jury prize for his short film “Life Is Different Here.”
